Access Your Data

You can view most of your personal information directly in the app:

• Profile information: View and edit in Profile settings
• Learning progress: View in your progress dashboard
• Subscription status: View in Subscription settings

To request a complete copy of your data, contact us at support@tuteur.me.

Update Your Information

• Profile: Update your name, email, and picture in Profile settings
• Learning preferences: Adjust goals, reminders, and difficulty in Settings
• Notification preferences: Manage push notifications in iOS Settings or app Settings

Delete Your Account

To delete your account and associated data:

1. Open the app and go to Profile
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm the deletion

Note: Some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).

Opt-Out of Notifications

• Push notifications: Disable in iOS Settings → Notifications → Tuteur Français
• In-app notifications: Manage in app Settings → Notifications

Opt-Out of Analytics

We use analytics to improve the app. To limit analytics collection:

• Disable analytics sharing in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements
